Full refunds are available for suspicious activity, technical errors, or fraudulent transactions. Standard fan support contributions are final to maintain fair competition, but we protect you from any unfair situations.

Eligible for Full Refund

  • Fraudulent transactions: Unauthorized use of your payment method
  • Technical errors: System glitches that result in duplicate charges
  • Suspicious activity: Bot activity or manipulation detected by our systems
  • Payment processing errors: Failed transactions that were still charged
  • Account security breaches: Contributions made without your authorization

Standard Contributions

Regular fan support contributions ($5 votes) are generally final to ensure fair competition. However, we review each case individually:

  • Change of mind: Not eligible for refund (maintains fair play)
  • Team performance: Real-world team results don't affect eligibility
  • Exceptional circumstances: Reviewed case-by-case
