By accessing and using Global Fans Map ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Global Fans Map is a platform that allows sports fans to support their favorite teams through $5 contributions, which are visualized on a global map in real-time.

Our services include:

• Team support through monetary contributions
• Real-time global visualization of team support
• Leaderboards and rankings
• User profiles and achievement systems
• Community features and social sharing

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the service for legitimate fan support only
• Respect other users and maintain civil discourse
• Not engage in fraudulent or manipulative activities
• Not use automated systems (bots) to make contributions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Attempt to manipulate rankings through artificial means
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share inappropriate or offensive content

Contribution Model: Each $5 contribution equals one vote for your chosen team. Contributions are processed immediately and reflected on the global map in real-time.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your payment information.

Refunds: Standard contributions are final to maintain fair competition. Refunds are available for fraudulent transactions, technical errors, or suspicious activity as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Pricing: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to users.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Global Fans Map and its licensors.

Team Logos and Trademarks: All team logos, names, and trademarks are property of their respective owners. We use them under fair use for identification purposes only.

User Content: You retain rights to any content you submit, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

In no event shall Global Fans Map, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages or maintenance periods.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Grounds for termination include:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Use of automated systems or bots
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Fans Map operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
